HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items. 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are custom made just for you. Please allow a few days for production before shipping.  Orders are not shipped or manufactured on weekends or holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days; this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time
We update our product pages with our best estimates for delivery times given our recent experience. These estimates are not guaranteed and unless otherwise stated do not include production time before shipping.  Shipping times may be impacted by many factors including the exact location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. As soon the order is processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during the purchase

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, please contact our support team at support@specialgiftstogive.com for a full refund on your purchase.


(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries)


RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and for defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

We depend on the customer to provide us with accurate shipping instructions.  Items lost because the customer provided an inaccurate address are the responsibility of the customer, are not covered by insurance, and no refunds will be given.
